The Böker Plus HEL Karambit, however, is presented in a completely tactical guise. The black-coated Hawkbill blade, made of 154CM steel, easily handles materials such as cardboard and rope, while the black G10 handle and sturdy liner lock mechanism provide the necessary security when working.
Light weight and high efficiency are the basis of this pocket knife, named after the goddess of the underworld in Norse mythology - Hel. As an alternative to the smooth flipper mechanism, the knife offers a removable nub on the back of the blade, the shape of which also allows it to be used as a wave-opener (automatic opening when taken out of the pocket).
Alessandra De Santis' signature angular design elements are clearly visible in the striking G10 ring at the end of the handle. The reversible wire clip (tip-up) allows for flexible carrying, and a high-quality nylon sheath is included.
