Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is a method of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) that uses technology to facilitate the resolution of disputes between parties (a mediator).

ADR is the most modern, fast and economical way to resolve a dispute between a commercial company and a dissatisfied consumer.
It primarily involves negotiations, mediation or arbitration, or a combination of the three.
