We consider the guarantee of the right to the protection of personal data as our main commitment, therefore we will use and invest the necessary means and efforts, processing your data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “EU General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) and the applicable Bulgarian legislation.

Kostenski vodopad №58, with UIC 130552621 and is the owner of the stores under the CAMOUFLAGE and CAMOUFLAGE.BG brands (hereinafter referred to as CAMOUFLAGE.BG or “we”). For the purposes of data protection legislation, we are the controller in the processing of your personal data.

Which categories of personal data do we process
In general, we collect your personal data directly from you, so you decide what type of information you provide to us. For example, the information we receive from you is as follows:
• When you create an account on CAMOUFLAGE.BG, you send us your email address, your names;
• When you place an order, you provide us with the following information: the product you want, your first and last name, delivery address, billing information, payment method, phone number, etc.
On our website, we may store and collect information using cookies and similar technologies in accordance with the Cookie Policy.
We do not collect or otherwise process sensitive data included in special categories of personal data in the General Data Protection Regulation.
What are the purposes and grounds for processing?

We use your personal data for the following purposes:
1. Providing CAMOUFLAGE.BG services to your benefit with the general purpose of:
• creating and managing a profile on the CAMOUFLAGE.BG platform;
• processing orders, including accepting, validating, shipping and invoicing them;
• resolving problems related to order cancellations or any other problems related to orders, purchased goods or services;
• returning products in accordance with legal provisions;
• refunding the value of products in accordance with legal provisions;
• providing assistance, including answering your questions regarding your orders or CAMOUFLAGE.BG goods and services;
The processing of your data for these purposes is in most cases necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract between REVERK BG EOOD and you. In addition, the implementation of these purposes requires processing in accordance with applicable legislation, including tax and accounting legislation.

2. Improving our services
We would like to offer you the best possible quality services when shopping online. For this purpose, we may use certain information about your purchasing behavior, invite you to complete satisfaction surveys after completing an order, or conduct market research and studies directly or with the help of partners.

As a rule, we keep your personal data for as long as you have an account with CAMOUFLAGE.BG. You can always ask us to delete certain information or close your account and we will respond to this request by keeping certain information, even after closing the account, when applicable law or legitimate interests require it.
To whom do we send your personal data?
Depending on the case, we may transfer or provide access to some of your personal data to the following categories of recipients:
• courier service providers;
• payment/banking service providers;
• IT service providers;

Depending on the case, you may also have the right to request the erasure of your personal data, the right to restriction of processing of your data and the right to data portability.

Identity. We take the confidentiality of all records containing personal data seriously. For this reason, we ask that you send us your requests regarding these records using the email address listed in your CAMOUFLAGE.BG account. Otherwise, we reserve the right to verify your identity by requesting additional information to confirm it.

Fees. We will not charge a fee for exercising any rights in relation to your personal data, except where your request for access to information is unfounded, repetitive or unnecessarily repetitive, in which case we will charge a reasonable fee. We will inform you of any applicable fees before considering your request.

Response time. We aim to respond to all valid requests within one month, unless the request is particularly complex or if you have made multiple requests, in which case we will respond within a maximum of two months. We will let you know if we will need more than one month. We may ask you to tell us what exactly you want to receive or what concerns you have. This will help us to act more quickly and reduce the time it takes to respond to your request.

Rights of third parties. We will not respond to a request if it adversely affects the rights and freedoms of other data subjects.

• they have been processed unlawfully; or
• there is a legal obligation to do so.
We are not obliged to comply with your request to erase your personal data if the processing is required:
• to comply with a legal obligation; or
• to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim;
There are certain other circumstances in which we are not obliged to comply with your request to erase data.
Restriction of processing You can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data, but only if:
• their accuracy is contested (See the section on rectification of data) in order to enable us to verify their accuracy; or
• the processing is unlawful but you do not want the data to be erased; or
• they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, but we still need them to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim; or
• You have already filed a complaint under the Personal Data Protection Act against us as a controller and a procedure is currently underway to determine whether our rights still prevail and therefore we have not fulfilled your request.
We may continue to use/process your personal data even after we have satisfied your request for restriction:
• if we have your consent; or
• to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim; or
• to protect the rights of “REVERK BG” EOOD or another natural or legal person;
  • • for reasons of important public interest of the EU or a Member State
Data portability You can ask us to provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or you can request that they be directly “ported” to another data controller, but only if:
• the processing is based on your consent or on the conclusion of a contract with you; and
  • • the processing is carried out by automated means.
Right to object You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data which is based on our legitimate interests, if you consider that your fundamental rights and freedoms override our interests.
You may also object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes (including profiling) without giving any reason, in which case the processing will be stopped as soon as possible.
Automated decision-making You may ask us not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, but only where that decision:

• affects you in a similar and significant way.
This right does not apply if the decision taken following an automated decision:
