In all cases of refusal, return, complaint of a delivered product, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act apply.
All goods that we offer have a 24-month legal guarantee for compliance of the goods with the sales contract, which begins to run from the moment of receipt of the goods.
The aforementioned guarantee loses validity in the following cases:
• Lack of a tax document proving the purchase.
• Damage and violation of the integrity of the product, as a result of actions that are not related to the normal use of the product.
• Damage, as a result of improper operation.
The following goods do not have a manufacturer's warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products that come into contact with the body (socks, underwear, thermal leggings and blouses, hats, scarves, earplugs, etc.).
The consumer has the right to cancel the ordered goods within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving them, provided that they are NOT USED, the integrity of their packaging has not been violated and they are in the form in which they were received and under the conditions of Art. 55 of the ZPA.
When the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer must send or hand over the goods back to REVERK BG EOOD or to a person authorized by REVERK BG EOOD without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer has notified the trader of his decision to withdraw from the contract under Art. 52 of the ZPA. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the consumer sends or hands over the goods back to REVERK BG EOOD before the expiry of the 14-day period from receipt of the goods.
Upon receipt of a signal from the consumer for a defective product within 24 hours of receipt, and if the commercial appearance of the goods and the packaging is intact and received back from REVERK BG EOOD, the same undertakes to replace the product with a new one or to refund the value paid by the consumer for the goods, in accordance with Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act. In this case, please use the COMPLAINT FORM.
The transport and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of the consumer. If the goods do not comply with the characteristics described on the page, the supplier refunds the full amount paid by the consumer, in accordance with Art. 54, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. This is done within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with Art. 54, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. To return a product/s purchased from the online store, the user/client must fill out the return form and send it to the email address info@camouflage.bg.
REVERK BG EOOD does not refund funds for returned products with a damaged commercial appearance.
In cases of a refund, the amount will be refunded to the user via a card transaction using the card used for the order, when a payment method via a virtual POS terminal was used. When returning amounts paid by cash on delivery, the user should indicate the bank account to which he wishes the amounts to be refunded in the RETURN FORM.
