    The long-awaited model of the PKM universal machine gun manufactured by A&K was made of steel and aluminum. The breech chamber, breech cover, bipod, carrying handle, and box magazine were made of steel, while other components - such as the outer barrel, bowtie base, gas elbow, gas tube, barrel holder, and targeting instruments - were made of a uniform zinc-aluminum alloy. The pistol grip and flask were made of polymer plastic

    The replica uses MOSFET chip hidden inside the gas tube and a potentiometer that regulates the replica's firing rate. The internal mechanism of the replica is a proven design - a gearbox skeleton known, among others, from replicas of the M249 type machine gun equipped with steel gears and set on ball bearings of 8 mm. Mainspring is set on a reinforced spring guide provided with bearings
