  The 5.11 TacLite Pro Ripstop Shorts give you more of just about everything you want in tactical clothing. Styled after the 5.11 Taclite Pro Pants and constructed of ripstop fabric, they're abrasion-resistant and extremely lightweight. Includes slash pockets in the rear along with web strap and traditional clip loop on the front found on the traditional 5.11 Tactical Pants. 5.11 talked to first responders around the globe who are seeking a longer cut for functional and style purposes. The 5.11 TacLite Pro Ripstop Shorts incorporate all the great functionality you have come to expect from the leading pant and short brand in the industry.
  
  The 5.11 TacLite Pro Ripstop Shorts feature a lightweight, breathable, poly-cotton ripstop fabric with a Teflon coating and a fully gusseted crotch that allows for a full range of movement. Two cargo pockets are located on both thighs and a magazine / cell phone pocket is located over the left cargo pocket for quick access with your off hand. An external knife pocket on the right front side gives you easy access to a folding knife. The magazine and knife pocket are reinforced with 100% Cordura nylon. 5.11 has kept their signature rear slash pockets and strap. The 5.11 TacLite Pro Ripstop Shorts' belt loops are thick enough to support a large belt to carry the weight of as sidearm, cuffs or other equipment. 5.11 uses only YKK zippers, Prym snaps and Horn buttons to maximize durability.
