A mandatory condition is that the returned products are in good commercial condition, without damaged packaging and with a completed form for returning purchased goods, which you will find in the packaging.

After receiving and examining the returned goods and establishing their good commercial condition, the value is refunded to the Customer to the bank account specified in the RETURN FORM FOR PURCHASED GOODS within 14 /fourteen/ calendar days. Shipments sent to the merchant with cash on delivery are not accepted.
Goods whose return cannot be accepted (e.g.: if sent after the specified deadline; if not in proper commercial condition) will be sent back to the Customer at his expense.
