How do I impregnate HAIX shoes correctly?
Although HAIX shoes are impregnated in the first place, we recommend that you impregnate your shoes regularly to increase the overall life of your shoes. First clean the shoes with a brush or remove stubborn dirt with a light, lukewarm soap solution before reimpregnating them. Apply the spray generously to the leather at a distance of approx. 30 cm so that the shoe "soaks up" the impregnating agent so that the care substances can penetrate the leather. Leave the spray to work for approx. 15 minutes before starting the next treatment; this can be repeated up to 3 times. Additional smooth leather care can be applied afterwards.

How often do I have to impregnate my shoes?
If you use your shoes regularly, it is sufficient to treat them every four to eight weeks. You should also re-impregnate them if the shoes have become really wet.

How long do I have to wait after impregnating?
You should allow your shoes to rest for about 24 hours after impregnation so that the care substances can take effect.

What are the benefits of impregnation?
The impregnation acts like a protective layer through which neither moisture nor dirt can penetrate the shoe. In addition, the HAIX waterproofing agent cares for the leather of your shoes.

Why do I have to impregnate shoes with GORE-TEX?
The GORE-TEX membrane is located under the upper material and prevents moisture from penetrating the inside of the shoe. The waterproofing spray also makes the upper waterproof and dirt-repellent.

The return period is 14 /fourteen/ days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods purchased from the CAMOUFLAGE.BG Online Store. A mandatory condition is that the returned products are in good commercial condition, without damaged packaging and with a completed form for returning purchased goods, which you will find in the packaging.

The goods must be returned to the store at the address: Sofia, P.O. Box 1404, 58 Kostenski Vodopad Str. on site or by courier at the customer's expense. After receiving and examining the returned goods and establishing their good commercial condition, the value is refunded to the Customer to the bank account specified in the RETURN FORM FOR PURCHASED GOODS within 14 /fourteen/ calendar days. Shipments sent to the merchant with cash on delivery are not accepted.

Goods whose return cannot be accepted (e.g.: if sent after the specified deadline; if not in proper commercial condition) will be sent back to the Customer at his expense.

The costs of returning a product are at the expense of the Customer. If the new order is more expensive, the difference is paid. The Merchant has the right to refuse the return of a product at its discretion, if circumstances require it.

Products requiring replacement must first be returned to the specified address, after which they will be replaced.
